How to Subscribe

Subscribing to the Atlanta Ham Radio Events calendar ensures you always have the latest event information. When we add, update, or remove events, your calendar will automatically sync (typically every 12-24 hours).

Subscribe with Google Calendar

1. Open Google Calendar
2. On the left side, find "Other calendars" and click the + button
3. Select "From URL"
4. Paste this URL: https://atlantahamradio.org/events.ics
5. Click "Add calendar"

Subscribe with Apple Calendar (Mac/iPhone/iPad)

1. Click this link: Subscribe to Atlanta Ham Radio Events
2. Or manually: Open Calendar app → File → New Calendar Subscription
3. Paste the URL: webcal://atlantahamradio.org/events.ics
4. Choose a refresh frequency (recommended: Daily)
5. Click "Subscribe"

Subscribe with Outlook

1. Open Outlook Calendar
2. Click "Add calendar" → "Subscribe from web"
3. Paste the URL: https://atlantahamradio.org/events.ics
4. Name the calendar: "Atlanta Ham Radio Events"
5. Click "Import"

Other Calendar Apps

Most modern calendar applications support ICS subscriptions. Look for options like:

• "Subscribe to calendar"
• "Add calendar from URL"
• "Internet calendar"
• "iCal subscription"

Then paste the calendar URL: https://atlantahamradio.org/events.ics

Troubleshooting

Events not showing up?

• Check that the subscribed calendar is enabled/visible in your calendar app
• Try manually refreshing the calendar subscription
• Some calendar apps take a few hours to sync initially

Want to unsubscribe?

• Google Calendar: Find "Atlanta Ham Radio Events" under "Other calendars", click the 3 dots → Unsubscribe
• Apple Calendar: Right-click the calendar → Delete
• Outlook: Right-click the calendar → Remove calendar
